What if your firm had the reach
of the AmLaw 50?
Your lawyers are as skilled as lawyers who work at the very largest firms.
Yet those large firms grow their market share and command significantly higher fees because of their scale. That’s about to change.

Why Join Legio?
Grow Your Client List
Through our corporate contacts and sophisticated marketing and sales efforts, we connect top tier small/medium size law firms to new and lucrative business that otherwise would generally default to firms in the AmLaw 50.
Most of the benefit of Legio, though, will come from business generated by other member firms. Together, we are building a global firm with greater capacity and consistent quality than any AmLaw50 firm.
Grow Your Network
Every law firm refers and is referred business. Legio will be particularly helpful to young lawyers that need to make connections and grow their book of business.
Legio helps you expand your network to obtain new business and better serve your clients, and makes it easier to find and collaborate with other firms in your network.
Grow Your Revenue
Your revenue from the network will derive both from new business you obtain as well as referrals you make to other firms in the network. When a firm refers a client to the network, 10% of the referred billings will go to the referring firm.
Legio charges no fee to our law firms for your use of our technology in your existing business; we take only a small fee from our company clients for use of our technology and access to our vetted law firms on the network platform.

The LEGIO revenue model has been thoroughly vetted from an ethics perspective.
Grow Your Efficiency
Legio member firms will have access to LEGIO-IQ, which, at your discretion, supplements your current systems to facilitate more transparent and collaborative work with your clients, and integrates documents and invoices from multiple law firms to a client-friendly interface.
Legio-IQ's AI-powered search capabilities include geolocation and other data science powered models in order for you to find the right team for the right client, while aligning with your company’s business and diversity goals.

Keep Your Independence
Firms joining Legio will still operate as totally independent entities, just as they did before. You maintain your ability to attract new clients, your systems, your billing rates, and your control over every facet of your business.
There is no aspect of the network that in any way interferes with the way you do business. The extent that you want to utilize the benefits of the network is entirely in your hands.

Grow Your Diversity
Legio is focused on bringing together firms that together are more inclusive and diverse. We offer clients the ability to set diversity targets for their representation, and report on our collective success in achieving those targets.
Grow Your Reputation
Because we are a network of law firms, you will be able to handle clients that would ordinarily default to the AmLaw 50. Legio contains a vetted group of firms that cover a broad range of specializations. Because we select firms so carefully, becoming a member will burnish your brand.
Become a Founding Member
Getting in early has benefits. With no required investment or risk, you can be part of a change in the way the business of law operates across the world while growing your revenue, network, and reputation.
